Need a equity partner or long term private loan or mortgage 250k to 500k in Arlington, Alabama

Arlington, Texas have 24 and 18 unit properties good location. Value at 1.1 million, I have a pesty 520,000 loan on both. 320K on 24 unit property and 200k on the 18 unit property. I have a large equity on both. I need to rid the first lien on both properties with a new first lien of the same amount with your money. You get my payments every month. Wells fargo is way to much of a problem with the variable rate loan. I have a balloon payment on March xxxx. Call me if you can help.
